We want you to be happy with DiskFresh. This Refund Policy explains when you're eligible for a refund on a paid plan (Essential, Ultimate, or Ultimate Pro), how to request one, and how refunds are processed. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
If you're on a paid plan for the first time, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per customer and covers your first payment only.
DiskFresh plans renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Renewal charges are not covered by the 7-day guarantee, since you already had access to the software during the prior period. If you no longer want to be billed, cancel from your Dashboard before the renewal date — cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund a renewal that already went through.
We may decline a refund request if we find evidence of:
To request a refund, email billing@diskfresh.com or use Live Chat from your Dashboard with the email address on your account and, if possible, your license key. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Depending on your bank, refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after we approve the request. Once a refund is issued, your plan reverts to the Free tier and any associated license key is deactivated.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We'll post the revised policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
